It is a nice photo spot by the lake with not many people and almost no entrance fees.

A note to you is that the entrance fee to Lake Batur costs 30,000 Rp. Admission ticket to Batur natural hot spring is Rp190,000 / tourist. One boat trip is 750k IDR per trip and can be shared for up to 10 passengers.
From Denpasar city , it takes about two hours to reach Batur observation point in Bangli. Follow another zigzag path to reach the coastal villages in half an hour. Many tourists choose to rent a car to travel around the area (the rental price is IDR 700 / day).
